INSURANCE

Policy entered against the risks of THEFT, ROBBERY, and SNATCHING: EURO MONEY (official currency of the European Union (EU) member states) in the possession of the Insured following a currency exchange operation completed and registered at Xchangesacchetti locations.

The coverage is active in:

• Italian Republic
• Republic of San Marino
• Vatican City State

Compensation and deductible

• COMPENSATION LIMIT PER INCIDENT FOR EACH INSURED PERSON: the amount of the currency exchange operation
• MAXIMUM ANNUAL COMPENSATION LIMIT FOR EACH INSURED PERSON: €1,500.00
• FIXED DEDUCTIBLE: A fixed deductible of 15% of the exchanged amount will be deducted for each incident

CLARIFICATIONS
Damages arising from SNEAK THEFT are expressly excluded.
In the event of theft, the client must send an email to report the incident to: romaprati@groupama.it

The email must include:

• the report submitted to the judicial authority
• a copy of an identity document

contact details and the IBAN to receive the damage reimbursement must also be provided.
